When will final pricing be announced?
Final pricing will be announced 30 days before our official public launch (targeted for Q1-Q2 2026). Early Access members will receive pricing details first and may qualify for exclusive launch discounts.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Golem AI, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change your subscription tier at any time through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid tiers?
We're considering offering a free trial period for Pro and Max tiers at launch. Early Access members will receive priority access to any beta testing programs and trial periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal through our payment processor, Paddle. Paddle also supports local payment methods in many countries.
Do you offer discounts for students or nonprofits?

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your custom templates and settings will be preserved if you decide to resubscribe later.
